some days ago i buy box kind of usb shredder from a shop I bought it thinking it would be good for light and useful for my shredding work.But bad lick for me i choose the wrong product my one is noisy when shredding and very week to shread a single paper even.I have contact with the shop later but they donot want to refund my money.That is now useless for me.

You can sell that second hand product by online or call a good expert to say why it too noisy.If the product normally do that kind of noise then i am sorry no help you can get from the manufacturer and shop kipper.
