Shredding ends now you want to shut off.But that not shutting off properly or not taking your command.That’s mostly

the common problem whcih can be sort out in few seconds.But if you face multiple time then might be paper blockage.Unplugged the device be sure no plug point is connected with shredder and clear any bits away from the sensor.Now you have to just plug on the system and put it for forward mode for several second hopefully your problem will be resolved.

By applying the shredder oil directly onto the cutting head of shredder you can Keep your shredder’s cutting blades properly lubricated.It should take about couple of seconds to oil from one side of the paper throat to the other throat. Then shred a few sheets of paper to remove any excess oil or you can remove excess oil with a clean piece of cotton or cloth.But better if you will shred some paper at that time to reduce the quantity of excess oil.
