The first thing you have to check the shreder is pluggedin or not.If that not getting any connection then how can that will work.Sometimes in our absence mind we forgot to plug that and find why that not started.

Next you have to check the paper shredder machine have any paper jam or not.Of jam is already there then you have to clear it though in new model of shredder yu will not face that type of problem.As these problem is just fixed by paper shredder manufacturer completely in there new model of shredder.

If in the shredders cutting head a paper stuck which was used to shred then might be your paper shredder stuck in reverse mode.In that case try to push that machine in the forward mode by pressing the corresponding button for some seconds to activate that mode.

If again paper jam faced by you you can just pull the page from the cutting head gently.OR you can find the manual of machine to find out how to sort out the jam problem.

Shredding ends now you want to shut off.But that not shutting off properly or not taking your command.That’s mostly

the common problem whcih can be sort out in few seconds.But if you face multiple time then might be paper blockage.Unplugged the device be sure no plug point is connected with shredder and clear any bits away from the sensor.Now you have to just plug on the system and put it for forward mode for several second hopefully your problem will be resolved.

If any other kind of problem you are facing then you have to either call any specialist or mechanics from the shop from where you have been buy the shredder or the manufacturing company whose machine you buy or you can find from manual to find out if there is any such problem then how to fixed it.
