Shredding normaly refer as to perform a task with high vigour and effort.When shredding paper term used that means to perform a task with high effort or efficiency to cut a paper.Here that not refer to making a paper.Shredding paper means completely destroy a paper.When we have lot of free time then that so easy to cut the paper in different style or cut in the small pieces with the scissor.But in a office where time is a factor then that not possible to cut the use less paper with scissor.Now questions might be come in mind why need to cut the paper which are useless.Yeh you are right these paper are useless for that person who want to creeze and throw to dustbin.Thats it.No that paper might be dangerous if it come nfront of boss/wife/friend/colleges/employee etc.At that time the right work is to .destroy it completely.Like if anyone come from atm and he carrying the statement comes from atm.we normally throw that in dustbin of atm.But that can be dangerous.I heard lot of gangs are there who just collect the paper from atm and fwd to the hackers.the hackers try to hack from the online banking the account number,password and then they can even hack money.But if there is any paper shredder then that is so easy to destroy that paper completely with the shredder with in 2 sec.so shred paper is too important for us.
